Canada Wide Letter Mail - $6.95 On Orders $0.01 - $40.00
Envelope can not measure more than 2 cm high and must be under 500 grams. (Examples of products that can be shipped this way: 1 yard of fabric, a panel, soft cover book, and patterns). If you would like letter mail, please select our “standard shipping” option. If your order does not meet the Canada Post shipping rules for over sized letter mail; we will be in contact for additional payment prior to shipping. No tracking number will be issued and this can take some time to arrive.
We can NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot track or replace any UNTRACKED packages. Oversize letters in Canada are not tracked, traceable or replaceable if lost or stolen.
Boxes - Sometimes, we reuse boxes at Jelly Roll Shop. If the box is used, we will wrap your package with a wonderful wrapping paper and then ship it off. We just want to do our part for the environment and not waste a perfectly useable box.
*Exception to Free Shipping - If Shipping Charges are over $50.00 Jelly Roll Shop will cover the first $50.00 and bill the remainder amount to your order. Back to Top
Let's make returns real easy and straight forward. Please contact us prior to shipping any returns to our shop. Here it goes ....... Our notions may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase or 30 days from the date that we shipped them, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer, unless the mistake is ours (we ship you the wrong thing, we ship you too many of something, not enough, etc), then we pay. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number so we can get the item back in stock.
No restocking fee, just a wonderful store credit which can be spent at your convenience, we'll take care of you as best we can, we promise.
No returns or exchanges on cut fabric, pre-cuts, all kits, threads, books, patterns, sprays (ex. 505), and glues. All merchandise purchased on 'sale' or with a promotional coupon is also non-refundable.
Returns on products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you have purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty, please follow the instructions included with your product for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement (example product: Oliso Irons). Unfortunately, we are unable to contact these companies on your behalf for warranty.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Once in a while our international customers have to pay fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees can vary widely depending on which country the parcel is destined for. We have no control over potential extra charges which can possibly be applied by the destination country.
We highly recommend that you research the policies which pertain to your country. Also if a custom clearance procedure is involved in the shipping it will add to the shipping time and once again this is not within our control. We do sympathise with the customer when their parcel is singled out for duties and taxes, fortunately this is not a common occurance. Back to Top

- Sensitive and private information transferred between the site and users happen over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected.
Please note that Jelly Roll Shop carries a large variety of product and it is in stock. We strive to have our inventory at 100% accuracy. This means that online stock is a direct reflection of what is in our shop, You will be notified if for some reason what you ordered is not in stock. At that time, we will also let you have the option of having what is in stock shipped first and the remainder upon its arrival at no extra shipping charge to you. We use manufacturer photographs for the majority of our pictures. Colours of products can vary as per computer screens, lighting, or if it a picture had to be photographed. Pricing Policy, Protection & Sale Policy
The prices that are paid at the time of purchase or checkout our are final prices. We stand behind the pricing of our products. This means if a product was listed to low by error, the savings is your benefit. If an item goes on Sale in our Weekly Deal or on a special at a later date; we will not be refunding or issuing gift cards for the difference. When we sell out of our Weekly Deal, we are SOLD out. We will not order these items in at the sale price for customers.
We do not price match other stores, due to a variety of factors, including our rewards program and other perks. We work hard to have great everyday prices! Back to Top
Why pre-order fabric?
Most quilting fabric collections have very limited printings. When they are gone, they are gone for good! By pre-ordering with us:
- You will get the fabric you love, instead of regretting it got away!
- You will be guaranteed to receive it as soon as it's released..
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. We order you fabric up front to make sure we can reserve it for you. We do NOT charge a reservation fee. Please keep in mind: If you cancel, we might not have that fabric again. We only carry a limited stock on popular collections. Be 100% sure that you no longer want that fabric!
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders ship complete. If you have an order with in-stock items, they will ship together with your pre-order items in one shipment, when the last remaining pre-orders arrive. If you make a mistake and wish to have your in-stock items shipped separately, we can invoice you for shipping. We encourage you to place a separate order for all pre-orders.
Do I pay up front?
Yes. we reserve the product or fabric specifically for you. You will NOT be charged a reservation fee.
Why is my fabric late?
Occasionally, due to the popularity of a collection or due to manufacturer and distributor delays, all delivery times are approximate. We strive to get all collections when they are due to come in, but sometimes there may be delays beyond our control. Back to Top
