Shipping Information

Free Shipping within Canada on orders over $149.00. *Exception - If Shipping Charges are over $50.00 Jelly Roll Shop will cover the first $50.00 and bill the remainder amount to your order. 

Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. It will include a receipt, and the total will reflect actual shipping charges. This means if the actual shipping charge is less then we adjust the cost down.

For remote areas of Canada and U.S.A where shipping is much higher due to having to fly Postal in by small aircraft etc. shipping will be adjusted accordingly.

We do our best to have parcels out the door as quickly as possible (1-2 business days). We will contact you if there are any delays. 

When you are receiving a Block of the Month program Actual Shipping Charges will be charged on the block of the month that contains all the finishing parts such as borders, bindings etc. 

Curbside Pick Up - Are you local to Falun, AB and would like to pick up your order to save on shipping? If this is you, please select "Curbside Pick Up" at checkout to receive free shipping right away. We will email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

Boxes - Sometimes, we reuse boxes at Jelly Roll Shop. If the box is used, we will wrap your package with a wonderful wrapping paper and then ship it off. We just want to do our part for the environment and not waste a perfectly useable box.

Let's make returns real easy and straight forward.  Here it goes .......  Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer, unless the mistake is ours (we ship you the wrong thing, we ship you too many of something, not enough, etc), then we pay. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number so we can get the item back in stock.

No restocking fee, just a wonderful store credit which can be spent at your convenience, we'll take care of you as best we can, we promise.

No returns on cut fabric, books, patterns, and Oliso mini and large irons. Oliso offers wonderful customer service and follow-up. We do ask that customers follow up with Oliso if there are any issues.

***Please Note that all custom made kits are non-refundable. A custom made kit refers to a kit where you request that the colors be changed from what Jelly Roll Shop is presenting. Or it can be a pattern which you have requested that we do up the colors for. This kit is then your personal taste so if returned would be difficult for Jelly Roll Shop to use as a resale item as we would not have a sample or picture to present it.

Store Policies

Customs, Duties & Taxes


Once in a while our international customers have to pay fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees can vary widely depending on which country the parcel is destined for. We have no control over potential extra charges which can possibly be applied by the destination country.

We highly recommend that you research the policies which pertain to your country. Also if a custom clearance procedure is involved in the shipping it will add to the shipping time and once again this is not within our control. We do sympathise with the customer when their parcel is singled out for duties and taxes, fortunately this is not a common occurance. Back to Top

Privacy Policy

Jelly Roll Shop is committed to protecting your privacy and any information you share with our company. Jelly Roll Shop gathers customer information in several ways - they are as follows:

  • When users sign up on our site, place an order and at the same time sign up for our newsletter, sign up to recieve newsletters in store or at quilt shows. We keep all customer information confidential and do not share or sell an information with outside parties.
  • Jelly Roll Shop uses our customer email information to send out regular newsletters alerting them to what is happening in store plus promotions and where they can find the latest quilt show. 
  • Customers emails can also be used to correspond with the customer as an individual as to updated on their orders plus any questions we may have pertaining to their order.
  • We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect your personal information.
  • Sensitive and private information transferred between the site and users happen over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected.



Please note that Jelly Roll Shop carries a large variety of product on the site. Not all items are in stock at all times but are replenished every 2 to 3 weeks. You will be notified if your items are not in stock at the moment but on their way, this can create a delay of approx. 2 – 3 weeks. At that time we will also let you have the option of having what is in stock shipped first and the remainder upon its arrival at no extra shipping charge  to you. Back to Top

Pre-Order FAQ

Why pre-order fabric?

Most quilting fabric collections have very limited printings. When they are gone, they are gone for good! By pre-ordering with us:

  • You will get the fabric you love, instead of regretting it got away!
  • You will be guaranteed to receive it as soon as it's released..

Can I cancel my pre-order? 

Yes. We order you fabric up front to make sure we can reserve it for you. We do NOT charge a reservation fee. Please keep in mind: If you cancel, we might not have that fabric again. We only carry a limited stock on popular collections. Be 100% sure that you no longer want that fabric!

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders ship out the same day we receive the fabric! You will NOT pay any additional shipping charges on your pre-orders.

I.e. If you order a Fat Quarter Bundle that is due in September, and a Jelly Roll that is due in December, we will send both shipments as soon as they arrive, and you pay no additional shipping!

Do I pay up front?

Yes. we reserve the product or fabric specifically for you. You will NOT be charged a reservation fee. 

Why is my fabric late?

Occasionally, due to the popularity of a collection or due to manufacturer and distributor delays, all delivery times are approvimate. We strive to get all collections when they are due to come our, but sometimes there may be delays beyond our control. Back to Top
