Binding Buddy 2 1/2in x 30in Strip Ruler
Cut perfect binding strips quickly and easily without tedious measuring. Bias strips can be cut by placing the 45 degree bottom edge of the ruler on the fabrics edge. Use top, straight edge of ruler to cut cross-grain strips.
